Hardliner® Polyurethane Classifier Shoes
Hardliner® Polyurethane Classifier Shoes
Hardliner polyurethane classifier shoes feature a tapered design to provide more of our special wear-resistant urethane material at the outer edge of the shoe - the area that sees the most abrasion - to extend the wear life of the shoe. Longer shoe life means you experience less maintenance downtime and lower operating costs, resulting in higher productivity and profits.
ABRASION RESISTANT
Hardliner Classifier Shoes are molded using our high-grade urethane material and are so resistant to abrasive wear that they will typically provide 3 to 10 times the life of Ni-Hard shoes. Because they last longer, Hardliner Shoes reduce your maintenance downtime requirements, which lowers your cost per ton of material processed.
CORROSION RESISTANT
Classifier Shoes made from Hardliner urethane materials are corrosion resistant and will not rust. They offer you the capability of withstanding most chemicals and industrial solvents. (For more information on chemical resistance, contact a C.U.E. sales representative.)
LIGHT WEIGHT
Hardliner Classifier Shoes are approximately 1/7th the weight of traditional Ni-Hard shoes. This lighter weight makes Hardliner Shoes easier, quicker and safer for your maintenance personnel to install. In addition, with the lighter weight Hardliner Shoes installed, less power is required to rotate the spiral, resulting in reduced energy costs.
TEMPERATURE STABILITY
Hardliner Urethane Classifier Shoes remain flexible and can operate safely within a wide (sub-zero to +180°F) temperature range. Since they will not shatter due to thermal shock like Ni-Hard shoes, you may continue to process material no matter what the weather.
OEM REPLACEMENTS
Hardliner Urethane Classifier Shoes have been engineered to match the standard bolting configurations found on many OEM classifier tank systems. Should you have a non-standard shoe or bolt configuation, C.U.E. can custom mold a urethane shoe to meet your particular needs.
